Technical: Dark chocolate couverture produced from a mix of Fino de Aroma cocoa beans with oat powder and rice powder. Chocolate contains 41 % dry cocoa solids minimum. Source of fibre.

 

INGREDIENTS:

Colombian Oat Milk Chocolate (Sugar, dried gluten-free oat syrup 22.0%, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, dried rice powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), biscuit pieces 10 % (wheat flour, sugar, palm oil RSPO SG, low fat cocoa powder (acidity regulator: sodium hydroxide), glucose syrup, salt, raising agent sodium hydrogen carbonate, vanilla natural flavour).


CHOCOLATE TECHNICAL:

Sugar (32.87%), dried gluten-free OAT powder (22.00%), cocoa mass (21.00%), cocoa butter (20.50%), dried rice powder (3.00%), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) (0.60%) and vanilla extract (0.03%)
